The event began with two major announcements that underscored Circularo’s focus on digital trust and compliance.

Partnership with Identomat

On the opening day, Circularo announced a new strategic partnership with Identomat, a leader in AI-powered identity verification and KYC/AML technologies. This collaboration brings liveness checks, AI-driven ID verification, and AML screening directly into the Circularo platform – enabling organizations to strengthen their digital signing and onboarding processes with greater confidence and security.

One of the week’s highlights was the joint announcement and presentation of the GovSign 2.0 platform, hosted at the stunning TDRA stand.

Presented by Josef Neumann, GovSign 2.0 represents a sovereign shared service designed for UAE Federal Entities, enabling secure, compliant, and seamless eSigning and document management under the UAE legal framework.

The launch of GovSign 2.0 in partnership with Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) marks a significant moment in the UAE’s digital-sovereignty journey. Building on nearly three years of direct cooperation, this next-generation platform evolves from “sovereign signing” to “sovereign documents” – enabling Federal Government entities to manage the entire lifecycle of official records within the national infrastructure.

Strategic Enhancements Across 5 Pillars

A full suite of services: Sovereign Collab (secure co-authoring and sharing), Sovereign Sign (certified signing linked to UAE PASS and TDRA trust standards), Sovereign Vault (evidence-based archiving with immutable audit trails), Sovereign KYC (identity verification aligned with KYC/AML standards), and Sovereign AI (coming soon — AI-driven insights across contracts and archives).

Trust & Compliance: Support for Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) via NFC smart cards, full eIDAS compliance, long-term archival standards (PDF/A), separation of audit trails and sealed fulfilment certificates, and organisational stamping capability.
Collaboration & Usability: Integrated collaborative editing via Collabora Online, multi-document transaction support, fine-grained control over attachments, mobile-first access with QR login and home-screen shortcuts.
Workflow Intelligence: Enhanced dashboards and reporting, role-based metadata access, AI-powered document summaries and classification, recipient delegation and multi-presence actions.
Next-Generation Experience: AI assistants for real-time guidance and onboarding, significant performance boosts (up to 50% faster signing), and a modernised admin interface for simpler organisational governance.
Tailored value for UAE Federal entities: documents are signed, managed, archived, and retrieved within a TDRA-certified environment; deep integrations and APIs allow one-click adoption; the platform enables interoperability across ministries and emirates; it automates workflows, cuts turnaround time, and aligns with both UAE federal digital-transformation strategy and global trust frameworks.

Collaboration with Datasure (France)
Midweek, Circularo announced another major partnership – this time with Datasure, a French Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). Through this collaboration, Circularo users will gain access to new QTSP add-ons including:

Qualified Timestamps (QETS): Ensuring trusted proof of time and document integrity.
Qualified Electronic Seals (QES-Signature): Protecting authenticity and origin.
Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES-Seal): Delivering legally binding, eIDAS-compliant digital signatures.

This partnership further strengthens Circularo’s mission to provide globally trusted, legally recognized digital signing solutions that align with both UAE and EU regulatory frameworks.

Beyond the announcements, much of GITEX was spent in valuable meetings with customers, partners, and fellow innovators. AICyberFest 2025: Empowering the Next Generation

As the week drew to a close, Circularo proudly took part as a sponsor and jury member at the AICyberFest competition, celebrating young innovators in cybersecurity.

The final stage featured the top three student teams pitching their projects live on stage. The winning team, NoTime from 42 Abu Dhabi, impressed the jury with Audit AI, a solution designed to simplify corporate compliance and certification processes.

Circularo’s CSO Pavel Černoch served as one of the jury members and received a special recognition award from H.E. Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council.

“This award is not just recognition – it’s a reflection of our long-term commitment to building a safer, more trusted digital world, and to supporting the young talent shaping its future,” said Pavel Černoch.

The team also attended an exclusive evening for AICyberFest sponsors, where discussions revolved around student innovation, cybersecurity trends, and the bright future of digital trust – all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Dubai’s skyline from One Za’abeel Link.
